About the Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join TechNova's product team and help build our next-generation SaaS platform. You'll work across the entire stack — from crafting responsive user interfaces with React to designing robust APIs and optimizing PostgreSQL queries.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and ship features across frontend and backend
Collaborate with product designers and managers to define technical solutions
Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
Improve application performance, reliability, and developer experience
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation

What We're Looking For

3-7 years of experience with modern web frameworks (React, Node.js, Rails, or similar)
Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

Experience with TypeScript
Knowledge of message queues (Redis, RabbitMQ)
Contributions to open-source projects
