About the Role

Horizon Media is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic people support to our creative and commercial teams. You'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders, driving initiatives around talent development, employee engagement, and organizational change.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals
  • Coach managers on performance management, career development, and difficult conversations
  • Lead employee relations cases with professionalism and compliance
  • Drive talent planning, succession planning, and workforce analytics
  • Support change management for organizational restructures and new initiatives
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team on policy development and employer branding

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of HR experience, including 3+ years as an HRBP
  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues
