About the Role

Horizon Media is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic people support to our creative and commercial teams. You'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders, driving initiatives around talent development, employee engagement, and organizational change.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals
Coach managers on performance management, career development, and difficult conversations
Lead employee relations cases with professionalism and compliance
Drive talent planning, succession planning, and workforce analytics
Support change management for organizational restructures and new initiatives
Collaborate with the wider HR team on policy development and employer branding

Requirements

5-10 years of HR experience, including 3+ years as an HRBP
CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of UK employment law
Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues
