About the Role

Pinnacle Consulting is hiring a Product Manager to own the roadmap and strategy for our enterprise consulting platform. You'll work at the intersection of business, design, and engineering to deliver products that solve real problems for our clients.

What You'll Do

Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, stakeholders, and market research
Write clear product specifications and user stories
Work closely with engineering and design teams through the full product lifecycle
Analyze product metrics and user feedback to drive data-informed decisions
Manage stakeholder expectations and present progress to leadership

Requirements

4-8 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
Proven track record of shipping successful products
Strong analytical skills — comfortable with SQL, analytics tools, and A/B testing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with agile development methodologies

Nice to Have

Experience in consulting or professional services
Technical background (engineering degree or prior development experience)
MBA or equivalent business education
