About the Role

Quantum Dynamics is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing go-to-market team in Dublin. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective enterprise clients, generating qualified pipeline through creative outreach and relationship building.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social selling (LinkedIn)
  • Research target accounts to craft personalized outreach messages
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce/HubSpot CRM
  • Hit and exceed monthly pipeline generation targets
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign follow-up and lead nurturing

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of sales or business development experience (internships count)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Resilience, curiosity, and a competitive spirit
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
